Adox HR-50 - 35mm 36Exp

Shot a roll at box speed and the super-panchromatic sensitivity picked up tones I didn't expect in low evening light. The 36 exposures all came back tack-sharp with that ultrafine grain, though I had to remind myself it's really an ISO 25 film at heart — worth it for the detail.

I’ve shot a lot of black and white film, but the super-panchromatic sensitivity on this one really lets me push it into lighting I’d normally avoid. Developed fine at ISO 25 and the negatives are so crisp they almost look like they were made for a technical manual.

The ultra-fine grain is the real star here—even at 35mm, scans look almost medium-format sharp, and the super-panchromatic sensitivity gives tones I've never gotten from other low-speed stocks. It's a bit slow at ISO 25, but for tripod work or bright daylight it's a stunning technical film.
