Ilford Ilfotec LC29 Film Developer - 500ml

The flexibility of three dilution options means I can push or pull my rolls without switching chemistry, and the 1+19 ratio is my sweet spot for sharpness. At 500ml, each bottle stretches further than I expected, so the cost per roll is genuinely hard to beat.

The 1+29 dilution ratio gives me about twice the working solution per bottle compared to my old developer, and the negatives come out with noticeably finer grain. It's a solid choice if you shoot a lot of rolls and want to stretch your chemistry budget.

I've been playing with the 1+19 dilution lately and the sharpness on my Tri-X is genuinely impressive. A single 500ml bottle stretches way further than I expected, so it's easy on the wallet.
