Kodak Ultra Max 400 - 35mm 36Exp

For a 400-speed stock, this handles mixed lighting beautifully—I shot a whole roll indoors without flash and barely lost any detail. The 36 exposures give you plenty of room to experiment, too.

I loaded this 400-speed film on a cloudy afternoon and every shot came out perfectly exposed even in tricky shadows. It handles both indoor and outdoor light without fuss, giving consistent, warm colors across all 36 frames.

Grabbed a roll for a casual day out and the 400 speed handled overcast skies and indoor shots without me fiddling with settings. Thirty-six exposures is plenty for a weekend, and every frame came back sharp with colors that pop.
