Lamps Red Safelight 240V 15W BC

The dark red coating is exactly the right density for keeping b&w paper fog-free, and it’s a relief to find a proper 240v bayonet fit again. Even at 15W it throws enough light to work comfortably, and my prints come out with clean borders every time.

Finally being able to replace my worn-out darkroom bulb with this exact 240V BC model — the fit is perfect and the light is just as safely dim as I remember.

Finally having these Philips 240V bayonet bulbs back in stock is a game changer. The dark red light is perfect for my paper processing without fogging, and it feels solidly built.
