Ilford SFX 200 - 35mm 36Exp

Finally managed to grab a roll of this SFX 200 after waiting for restock, and the extended red sensitivity is exactly the weird, dreamy look I was after when paired with a deep red filter. The grain is pleasantly fine for a 200-speed stock, so I didn't lose any detail in the shadows even on a gloomy

Shot a roll of this with an orange filter and the infrared effect on foliage was exactly what I'd hoped for. Grain is beautifully controlled for a 200-speed film, and the tonal range in highlights is stunning.

Finally got a roll and shot it with a deep red filter—the sky went almost black while clouds popped, exactly the dramatic look I was after. Grain is noticeable but adds texture, and the extended red sensitivity really does transform a scene.
