Ilford FP4 Plus 125 - 17m

Bulk loading went smoothly and the cassette spools were perfectly tight, no jams. The fine grain really shows in my 16x20 prints from the 35mm strips, sharp detail even in the mid-tones. Half a roll left for a second cassette, so the 17m length is solid value.

Finally got a new bulk roll for some landscape work. The grain is so fine that my 16x20 prints look almost seamless. It handles flat light beautifully, which is exactly what I needed.

The grain is so fine on this stock that my 20x24 inch prints of portraits look almost grainless, even with careful dodging. It handles shadow detail beautifully in medium contrast scenes too.
