Bellini Sodium Hexametaphosphate Calgon - 500g

Finally found a reliable source for a water softener that actually works in my darkroom. This 500g batch of sodium hexametaphosphate handles the hard water deposits perfectly, no more spots on my dried film.

Been mixing this into my developer wash water and the difference is night and day - no more chalky residue on my prints even after a hard-water rinse. A 500g jar goes a long way too since a tiny pinch handles a whole batch.

Finally got consistent prints without those awful water spots ruining the final wash. A pinch of this stuff in my final rinse completely softened the hard tap water I've been battling. It's a simple fix that's made a huge difference for my film development.
