Firstcall Filmterugtrekker

After a roll came out blank because the film slipped back, this retriever saved that roll in about a minute by grabbing the leader without me having to crack the cassette open. The grip is firm enough that I didn't worry about it letting go mid-pull, which is exactly what I needed.

It’s such a relief to finally have a tool that actually grabs the leader instead of leaving me wrestling with a stuck cassette. The pull is smooth and consistent, worked on my first try with a roll that had slipped back all the way.

My darkroom used to be a graveyard of ruined cassettes until this little tool came along—it slides in and grips the film spool perfectly, letting me pull the leader out in seconds. I processed three rolls yesterday without mangling a single cartridge.
