We are very pleased to offer pinhole lenses to help you achieve a managed focal length in your home made pinhole camera. The double etching process creates a saucer shaped depression around the pinhole on both sides of the steel shim so you do not have the tube effect that is made by the laser cutting process. These pinhole lenses are available in five different sizes in a 1cm disc: we are stocking the 0.3mm version as this is the one you need for Coke or Beer can designs.

Also included is a full instruction leaflet with a focal length/f-number chart and exposure calculator which is enclosed is a great help to the right exposure for your paper used - it assumes you have access to a hand held exposure meter too.

Hannah ★★★★★

The double etching really shows in the final image—crisp edges without that mushy falloff I've gotten from other pinholes. I've already swapped it into my homemade camera and the exposed frames came out perfectly even.

Benjamin B. ★★★★★

The saucer-shaped depression around each pinhole made alignment so much easier on my first homemade camera build. I love how precise the managed focal length feels right out of the pack—it's saving me a ton of guesswork with exposure times.

Evelyn G. ★★★★★

The double etching really does its job—the saucer shape around the hole makes mounting it in my homemade camera body a breeze, no fiddling with alignment. I swapped out my old needle-poked version and the difference in image sharpness is night and day.
