Fotospeed Platinum Baryta 300 A2 25 Sheets

Fotospeed Platinum Baryta 300 A2, Pack of 25

This premium 300gsm inkjet paper from Fotospeed combines a traditional darkroom look with modern inkjet printing technology. With a natural white tone and smooth unglazed gloss surface, Platinum Baryta 300 delivers rich blacks, subtle highlights, and smooth tonal transitions. Ideal for photographers seeking gallery-standard results from pigment-based printers.

Why We Like It

Fotospeed’s Platinum Baryta 300 is one of the closest inkjet papers we’ve seen to the look and feel of classic fibre-based darkroom prints. The inclusion of barium sulphate helps produce deep blacks and subtle highlight detail, particularly in black and white work, though it also handles colour prints with exceptional clarity and depth. It's part of Fotospeed’s Signature range and comes with the endorsement of photographer John Swannell, which speaks volumes. If you’re familiar with Hahnemühle Gloss Baryta or Canson Baryta, this is well worth trying as a UK-made alternative.
