Many photographers use their flashguns with an RC remote release these days. However, the popular receivers from Pocket Wizard, Elinchrom Skyport or similar require a flash with a PC socket - a feature not fitted to most of the main-brand camera flashguns. The new Kaiser Flash Adapter 1303 will solve this problem: The hot shoe adapter accepts the flash gun and the cable with a 3.5 mm jack plug will connect to the receiver. The hot shoe adapter base has a 1/4 inch thread and can be mounted with the flash on a tripod. Your flashgun will then be triggered when a signal is received from the transmitter. Simple but so useful.

Finally, a flash trigger cable that actually works with my older studio strobes. The 3.5mm jack locks in securely and I've had zero connection drops during shoots. Makes remote firing hassle-free for a fraction of the cost.

John ★★★★★

The PC jack plug fits snugly into my old studio strobe, and the included cable is long enough to reach the trigger without dangling. It’s a simple, solid piece of kit that solved my connection problem for under twenty bucks.

Thomas ★★★★★

Finally got around to replacing the cheap cable I’d been jury-rigging, and this one fits the PC socket on my flashgun like it was made for it—no more wiggling or dropped connections. The 3.5mm jack is solid too, clicks in cleanly on my remote receiver without any static.
