Vintage Visual Reel 9 x 12 cm for AGO Film Processor
This purpose-made reel allows you to process 9 x 12 cm sheet film in Paterson tanks with ease. Built for accuracy and reliability, it’s a simple but essential accessory for anyone working with this classic format in the darkroom.
Why We Like It
Large-format sheet film deserves careful handling, and this reel makes the process far less fiddly than traditional tray development. Because it keeps the film secure, you’ll avoid common issues like uneven development or marks at the edges. We particularly like that it fits standard Paterson tanks, so you don’t need a specialist system to process your 9 x 12 negatives. If you’re processing a larger batch, the Paterson 8 tank will hold two of these reels, meaning you can comfortably develop up to 8 sheets in one go. A practical and dependable choice for anyone who enjoys working with vintage European formats.
