I was surprised how little chemistry this tank uses compared to my old Paterson—definitely saves developer for multiple rolls. The pour spout design also makes inversions feel more controlled and less messy.

AP Developing Tank Mini Compact 35mm

The modeling lights are decently bright for positioning, but the strobes recycle a bit slower than I expected when shooting at half power. It’s fine for studio work, just not great for fast-paced events.

Westcott FJ400-SE 3-Light Studio Strobe Kit with FJ-X3 S Sony Wireless Trigger

The bi-color feature is perfect for switching from cool daylight to warm tones without fumbling with gels, and the 14-inch size is just right for close-up makeup shots without overpowering my face. I've been using it for streaming and it cuts glare on my glasses way better than my old softbox. Really happy with how natural my skin looks on camera now.

Nanlite Halo 14" Bi-Colour Continuous LED Ring Light

The 800Ws output is plenty for my product shots, and the modelling lamp being both bright and cool means I can leave it on during long setups. Recycling feels snappy, which keeps my workflow moving without frustration.

Godox DP800III-V Professional Studio Flash Head

The modeling lamp tracks the flash output perfectly, making it easy to see exactly how the shadows will fall before I even take a shot. Recycling is impressively fast, barely any waiting between pops at half power.
