Jobo 1520 Developing Tank Universal

The modular design is a total game changer—I can snap on the extension for three rolls when I’ve got a backlog, and switch back to a single tank without wasting chemistry. Even loading the spiral feels smoother than my old setup, and the hand-development lid gives me solid, repeatable agitation.

I usually hand-develop my film, and the fact this tank works with the 1530 extension to process three rolls at once is a real time-saver. The lid-swap between normal and rotary use is straightforward too.

The extension modules snap on so securely that I loaded two reels without any light leaks, and the funnel-like fill port makes chemical pours nearly spill-proof. It’s noticeably faster to fill and empty than my old Paterson tank.
